8:00AM - Maureen was awake, lying on her left side. Tom was with her on bed.
Given sips of water via swab.
8:50AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:05AM - Me and Marie washed Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes - no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was clean and dry, no vaginal discharges. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing then moved to the kitchen.
9:15AM - Breakfast started with cut up pear, 8 oz prune juice, Activia yogurt, and oatmeal/fruit smoothie. Maureen also had 1/2 cup of lemon water. Coughed once.
9:45AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie and 1 tab 50mg of Senna S (crushed).
9:55AM - Oral care.
10:00AM - Facial and hand care routine.
10:15AM - Went out for a walk.
11:00AM - Came back home from a nice walk before it gets too hot outside. Maureen stayed awake.
**She had half a cup of lemon water.
11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face her right side.
12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dress Maureen then, moved to the kitchen.
12:45PM - BP: 105/60, P: 66bpm
Lunch - chicken salad, fresh tomato and veggie soup. Maureen finished a cup of coconut water and 1/2 cup of lemon water. Coughed once.
**Reclined geri chair prior to lunch for Maureen's comfort.
1:30PM - Oral care.
2:00PM - Maureen is smiling - we put the ABBA songs and sing with her.
2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium formed bowel movement. 1st half of the BM was hard, Marie had to assist Maureen and the rest was formed. We cleaned and changed thoroughly and position Maureen to face her left side.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.
3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen had 1/4 cup of lemon water.
