8:00AM - Maureen was still sleeping, calmly lying on her left side.
8:32AM - Maureen woke up with a slight twitching, pulse between 75-88bpm for atleast 10mins. Her pulse didn't go more than 95bpm - lasted for 15mins. No distress or pain observed. No clenched jaw or fists as well.
9:00AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:10AM - Me and Marie gave Maureen a full body wash using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry - no vaginal discharges, we clean/dried and changed her. Proceed to wash her hair after. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen to blow dry and style her hair.
9:40AM - Breakfast - warm coffee with creamer, coffee cake muffin, and oatmeal/fruit smoothie. Maureen finished 3/4 cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x with multiple sneezes (got teary eyed).
**Reclined geri chair prior to breakfast for Maureen's comfort.
No Metamucil today.
10:15AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.
10:25AM - Oral care.
10:35AM - Nebulizer treatment - Saline soln.
Facial and hand care routine followed.
11:00AM - Maureen looking relaxed while sitting on her chair - listening to music and was awake the whole time.
11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face her right side.
12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dress Maureen and moved to the kitchen.
12:45PM - Lunch was shrimp salad, potato salad and chicken noodle soup. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. No coughs.
1:30PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.
BP: 103/60, 70 bpm
2:00PM - Maureen's hands are relaxed while sitting on her chair.
2:30PM - Time for her 2nd rest, we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.
2:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Dressed and proceed to the front room.
2:50PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
