Saturday April 4,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM- Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress. No cough

9:50AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water . No coughing

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:20AM- Morning care, We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil Cleanser. Diaper was heavy wet with medium VD cloudy odorless , We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:50AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) liquid 10ml colace with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions and avocado , finished 8oz of  prune juice. Maureen ate well. Coughed once  suction.

11:30AM- Oral care.

11:35AM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:00 - Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz coconut water  ,had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack. Coughed 3x  Suction.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry . We position her to face the right side.

2:45PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was wet large VD cloudy odorless. We cleaned and change her, We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

2:50PM - Roberta’s here, for Maureen relaxing treatment.

4:00PM- Maureen had 10oz of coconut water.

4:15PM- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:35PM - Dinner - Bake Salmon, mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating.

5:25PM-She finished 10oz sparkling water.

Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat, 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:30PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, with small VD cloudy odorless, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
