9:00am I had just given Maureen her thyroid medication with a few spoons of applesauce.

9:10am We start by cleaning and changing a medium wet diaper, getting dressed and transferring to the kitchen for breakfast, which consists of 2- Senna-S, 8oz of prune juice, a full container of Activia yogurt, and a smoothie with all the usual ingredients.

I believe Maureen coughed three times, no phlegm was present.

9:55am Marie performs cleanup and oral care, followed immediately by getting ready to take a walk around the neighborhood.

10:15am We set out for a little excursion around the‘hood … not too many people out, starting to get warm.

11:20am After saying hello to the neighbor, we headed inside to cool down.

11:35am We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the first break, she was dry, so we put her on her right side and propped her up with the wedge pillows.

12:55pm Maureen actually fell asleep, so we gave her 20 minutes of extra time. She was still dry at break’s end, after we got her dressed, we transferred to the kitchen for some lunch.

1:10pm The lunch service consisted of vegetable soup, chicken salad and fresh tomatoes, a cupful of orange seltzer water, accompanied the meal.

Two coughs during lunch, no phlegm present.

2:15pm Oral care and cleanup were performed, in preparation of break #2.

2:35pm We transferred Maureen to bed, cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper with a very small formed BM.

We will have about an hour’s rest now.

3:45pm Maureen was dry, as we were dressing her, she wet, so we cleaned and changed a light wet diaper, dressed and transferred to the front room. Marie cut up some fresh fruits to enjoy while watching our wedding video. Two coughs during the fruit snack.

5:15pm Time sorta got away from us, I warmed up the other half of the parmigiana chicken from yesterday, and Maureen had that and about 7/8 of a cup of lemon water.

6:10pm Marie gave evening meds with applesauce, followed by oral care at 6:20.

6:35pm We transferred to the bedroom to get ready for bed, we cleaned and changed a medium wet diaper, the usual routine with lotions, and placed Maureen on her left side and positioned the pillows for her comfort.

Evening vitals were;

Temp - 96.9

Oxygen - 95

Heart rate - 69
