Saturday 9/10, 2022, Night Shift

5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching TV.

5:55 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: salmon with baked potatoes, carrots and zucchini :) No water while eating.

Maureen was coughing today only ones during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:15 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:35 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillow.

Temp: 97.7

Oxygen: 96

Heart rate : 64

7:50 pm: asleep.

9:45 pm: the diaper was medium wet cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:00 dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
