Saturday 3-1-25 Daytime summary

Maureen had woken up around 7, accepted some water, via swab, and went back to sleep.

APPROXIMATELY 3 OUNCES CONSUMED.

It’s now 8:00, she’s still in and out of slumber, we left her be.

8:30 Maureen’s now awake and ready to go, Marie raised the head of the bed and administered the LEVOTHYROXINE, with a couple spoons of applesauce.

8:45 Marie and I start the morning process, changing a medium wet diaper, no discharge observed. After cleaning her up with the purple wipes, applied Cavilon barrier film and cream on inner thighs. We got dressed and transferred to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:15 sitting comfortably at the table, today’s menu is 8 ounces of prune juice, NO MIRALAX, a 1/4 of a pear and a scrambled egg.

As breakfast is winding down, Marie gave her the LORATADINE pill with some applesauce.

Maureen has had a runny nose, we are going to give her a saline, nebulizer treatment to see if it will help.

10:20 In addition to the prune juice noted earlier, she’s had another 5 ounces of water, with a splash of lemon for flavor.

10:30 oral and facial care were performed, Maureen is now closing her eyes and listening to a nice variety of music.

11:00AM - Maureen was on the recliner taking her nap, looking relaxed and comfortable.

11:30AM - It is time for Maureen's 1st rest break. We transferred her to the bedroom. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

**Maureen took a 15min nap while on bed.

12:45PM - BP: 100/58, P: 68bpm

Lunch - tuna salad, fresh tomato and 10oz of root beer. Maureen ate very well. No coughs.

1:30PM - Oral care.

**Reclined geri chair one notch after for comfort.

2:00PM - Maureen drank 10oz of water. She's

looking more awake than earlier.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen took 5oz of water (mixed with coconut water for flavoring). Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
