5:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dry diaper.

5:05 pm: dinner: Chicken with dried tomatos and spinach.

1/2 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed 2 times during the dinner.

5:50 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Dry diaper.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

We noticed redness on the right eyelid.

Heart Rate: 63

6:55 pm: asleep.

8:20 pm: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Repositioned right side.

11:20 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: midium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
