8 : 45 am Maureen is up. Started with changed the diaper heavy wet. Sponge bath in bed.

We applied both of the Cavilon.

9 : 30 am We headed Maureen to the kitchen.

Maureen is looking happy and

gives a beautiful smile

9 : 45 am Breakfast banana and oatmeal , prune juice 8 oz with 2 stool

softener, Levothyroxine.

10:30 am Finished breakfast. Maureen cough 3

times.

Administered Lisinopril & Polcyn.

10:45am Oral care.

11:30 am Maureen is enjoying fruit smoothie and

Alert to the Christmas songs

12:15pm Bed time. Changed diaper medium wet.

1:15pm Changed the diaper medium wet. Hair

wash.

1:45 pm We headed Maureen to the kitchen. Lunch homemade chicken /vegetables soup, tuna salad & coconut water. Maureen liked lunch very much.

2:50pm Maureen went to bed. Diaper changed medium wet. Reposition on the left side.

3:50 Changed diaper medium wet.

Maureen headed to the living room.
