8:15 -Get up Maureen. Complete bed bath. Diaper was light wet.

8:35 -Morning Stretch/Exercise.

8:50 -Transfer Maureen to the kitchen.

9:00 -Administered Levothyroxine. Followed by breakfats. Oatmeal & Banana. 8oz. of Prune Juice & cup of water.

9:40 -Finished Breakfast. Administer Lisinopril & Loratidine with apple sauce. Followed by oral care.

11:15 -Half a cup of smoothie.

12:00 -Rest period 1. Diaper was light wet.

1:00 -Rest period 1 ends. Changed Maureen. Diaper medium wet.

1:20 -Moved Maureen to the patio.

1:35 -Started Lunch. Toast & tuna salad. Coconut water.

2:15 -Walked Maureen around the block.

2:40 -Changed Maureen. Diaper was medium wet.

3:00 -Treatment with Sister Roberta.

4:09 -Shift ends.
