Saturday, 09/24 Daytime Update

8 00 Maureen is asleep

8 30 Maureen is still asleep

8 50 Maureen is awake. The diaper was medium wet, we applied 3M products

9 05 Complete bed bath

9 15 We headed to the kitchen

9 20 An applesauce with a thyroid pill

9 21 Breakfast begins. An oatmeal, a banana and 8oz prune juice and a cup of water

9 56 An applesauce with a blood pressure and an allergy pills

10 10 Oral and Facial Care

10 30 Maureen is resting comfortably in the reclined Geri chair

11 20 Fruit Smoothie

11 54 We headed to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet

12 05 Rest Period 1 begins

01 23 Hair Wash

01 50 We came to the kitchen. Hair styling with a foam

01 55 Lunch begins. A tuna and potato salad and a cup of coconut water

02 28 Oral Care

02 55 We headed to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet, we applied Cavillon lotion

03 15 Rest Period 2 begins

4:15pm Rest period ends, Marie and Faith perform a clean and change of a light wet diaper. They used the CAVILON products to keep her skin protected, put the sling in place and transferred to the transport chair and gone to the front room for some

watermelon.

6:00pm Carolyn arrived with a homemade meal of Chilean Sea Bass, mashed potatoes and peas/cauliflower combinational, it was very tasty.

7:00pm 10ml VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE were administered, followed by oral car, clean up with aloe Vesta soap and warm water, spa time with lotion applied to arms and back, Vick’s on throat and chest.

7:30pm we transferred Maureen to bed, changed a light wet diaper, applied CAVILON cream and with a new diaper on, we put her on her left side with the two green wedges at her back.
