October 7/8, 2022, Overnight Shift

4:00 pm: Maureen was r

esting in the reclainer and watching TV.

6:15 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:25 pm: dinner: pasta with chicken and broccoli

Maureen was coughing ones during the dinner.

7:05 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:15 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:40pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 99

Heart Rate: 66

7:55 pm: asleep.

10:30 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side. 12:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: a littlie wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side

4:30 am: very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side. Maureen slept good all night.
