4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: turkey, broccoli and carrots. One cup of water.

Maureen was coughing five times during the dinner.

5:40 pm : BP: 114/77 P: 83

5:45 pm: Tom cut Maureen’s nail’s

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce and cookie :)

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.
