5.30 pm: cleaned & changed in bed (very wet diaper), Cavilon lotion applied

6:45 pm : dinner: pizza, salad, 1,5 cup of water

7:20 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla rice pudding, 7.5ml of VIMPAT,

7:35 pm: Oral care, cleanup with warm washcloth, changed t-shirt, Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands.

8:00 pm : transferred to the bed using the Hoyer lift, medium wet diaper, cleaned Maureen with the CAVILON spray, Cavilon lotion applied, NYSTATIN applied under left breast, Vick’s on throat and chest applied, CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes.

8:35 pm: asleep, position left side with two wedge pillows

10:30 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

12:45 am: dry, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

2:45 am: dry, , repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

4.35 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

Maureen slept good all night.
