5:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

5:10 pm: dinner: Griled Salmon and Tomato Pasta with Spinach.

1 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 125/84 P: 70

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:25 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
