October 21/22, 2022, Night Shift

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching her favorite show.

5:30 pm: Maureen took stool softener.

5:40 pm : she started cough a lot, we used the pomp

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: pizza :) She did not cough during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:15 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 73

7:50 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: dry diaper, repositioned right side

12:00 am : medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept go all night.
