4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Griled Salmon and Tomato Pasta with Spinach. She enjoyed very much.

1 and 1/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

5:40 pm : BP: 118/77 P: 73

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

Large formed BM.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 67

7:00 asleep.

9:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

4:45 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
