5:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV, relaxing in the recliner.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: lasagna prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed it very much. she did not cough during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:10 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.0

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 78

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:30 pm: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

11:45 pm: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: a little wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, repositioned right side.

4:30: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
