5:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing and watching TV.

5:10 pm: dinner: filet of sole, asparagus, seasoned potatos. Maureen enjoyed very much. Half cup of water.

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 104/72, P: 80

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 70

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
