4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching the show.

Carolyn visited her.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: beef with rice and broccoli and some apple sauce

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:05 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.0

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 86

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion

Repositioned right side

12:15 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side

2:45 am: a little wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned right side

4:40 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion,

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
