October 12, 2022 Swing Shift

4:00 pm: The nurse visited Maureen.

After she left Maureen was watching TV. She was relaxing in the recliner.

Carolyn visited Maureen.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: orange chicken and potato salad.

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:05 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 75

7:45 pm: asleep.
