5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: chicken with beans, green peper, onion and potato salad.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:10 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a littlie wet, small formed bowel movement. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.3

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 82

7:50 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side. 2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right site.

4:50 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
