5:00 pm: dinner: Chicken Dumplings with veggie.

She enjoyed very much.

3/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 117/80, P:81

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

We noticed redness under her right armpit.We applied Nystatin powder. As recommended, we will apply for the next six days.

10:00 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
