4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching TV.

5:40 pm : Carolyn visited Maureen. She brought Maureens favorite dinner.

5:50 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: dinner:Maureen was having very nice time with Carolyn and she was enjoying her dinner : fish with spinach, tomatos and pasta and small pumpkin cookie.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

6:55 pm : 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:05pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:30pm: Me and Carolyn headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.1

Oxygen: 84

Heart Rate: 70

7:40 pm: asleep. 10:00 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right sid.

12.15 am: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: light wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right sid. 4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
