4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:50 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:05 pm: dinner: orange chicken, nudles, broccoli

Maureen was coughing seven times during the dinner.

6:55 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:05 pm : Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion.

Applied Vick’s.

7:25 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,1

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 74

7:40 pm: asleep
