4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Ham, potatos, green peas and corn. She enjoyed very much.

1 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 120/77, P:71

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with pie.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet. Medium soft BM.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 65

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:35 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
