5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV

5:45 pm:we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

6:00 pm: dinner: turkey with sweet potato, carrots, cranbery

She was coughing four times during the dinner.

6:50 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:00 pm : Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion.

Applied Vick’s.

7:25 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,6

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 73

7:45 pm: asleep

10:45 pm: dry diaper

repositioned right side

12:45 am : light wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side

2:45 am : dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side

Maureen slept good all night.
