5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Turkey, Mac&Cheese, Potatos, Brussel Sprouts.

3/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

5:30 - 6:00 pm: nap

5:50 pm : BP: 108/64 P:66

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

We applied Nystatin powder under her right armpit.

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
