November 24 daytime update

• 6:35AM - Maureen is awake.

• 6:40AM - Maya checked the diaper. It is wet.

• Maureen began her day @ 8:15AM. She is somewhat alert and engaged. Her nose is significantly congested today. Diaper was medium wet. Wednesday is bed bath day. Upon completion, we examined all potential areas where perspiration accumulates that can lead to irritated skin. All areas looked very good. We did not apply Nystatin Ointment since none of the areas required it.

• Breakfast service began @ 8:55AM. Maya began by giving Maureen a teaspoon of Manuka honey. She then administered the thyroid medication. Maureen's posture in the geri chair is good—tilting a bit to the left. She handled breakfast quite well—coughed only twice.

• General observation @ 9:09AM> Maureen is rather lethargic today. She has far less energy. Her eyes are partially closed.

• Maureen will consume approximately 4 ounces of prune juice today.

• Daily MiraLAX dosage: None

• 9:29AM - Maya administered the blood pressure medication.

• 9:37AM - Morning oral care

• 10:04AM - Eyelash cleaning and eye drops

• Organic fruit smoothie. Maureen coughed four times while consuming the purple haze.

• 11:00AM - We headed to the bedroom to prepare for Rest Break #1. The diaper was light wet. After completing a clean and change, we positioned Maureen on her left side.

• 11:10AM - Rest Break #1 - Maureen will rest on her left side for the next hour.

• 12:10PM - Rest Break #1 concludes. Diaper was medium wet. After performing a clean and change, Maya and I shampooed and styled Maureen's hair.

• 1:00PM - Lunch | 1/2 a tuna salad sandwich on toasted whole wheat, 1/2 a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup and 1/4 a sliced tomato. Maureen also enjoyed 1 12 ounce bottle of Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water. She coughed twice during lunch.

• 1:33PM - Afternoon oral care

• 2:00PM - Time arrived for Rest Break #2. We took Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. As we finished cleaning her, she urinated. We cleaned Maureen again. Just as we were wrapping things up, she urinated and had a medium formed bowel movement. Maya and I did a clean and change one last time. We then proceeded to set Maureen on her right side.

• 2:25PM - Maureen will rest on her right side for approximately 60 minutes.

• 3:15PM - Rest period #2 concludes. Diaper was light wet. We performed a clean and change. Afterwards, we headed to the front room to watch Drew and crew give away many high dollar prizes.

• 3:35PM - Fruit snack. Maureen coughed six times.
