4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Turkey, potatos, mac&cheese

1 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Maureen was sleeping

5:45 pm : BP: 104/66 P:72

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

7:00 asleep.

9:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am : dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
