8:00 am - Arrived with Dalia sitting at bedside with Maureen.

According to Dalia, Maureen was sleeping when she arrived at 6:30 am. At 7:06 Maureen opened her eyes and soon after started twitching. Pulse reached 124, descending rapidly to 118, and from then to low 100s. Whole episode lasted about 10 minutes.

7:30 am: Maureen felt a sleep again.

8:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

8:55 am: Maureen is fully awake.

We raised her bed head.

We administered her 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple

9:00 am: Dalia and I changed Maureen's medium wet diaper and cleaned her. We applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream.

Upper body bath using warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta.

Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

9:20 am: Breakfast: 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, oatmeal smoothie with fruits, couple of spoons of yogurt. Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.

We reclined Maureen's chair down.

She cougded only ones during the breakfast.

2/3 cup of water.

9:50 am- Morning oral care.

9:55 am- Facial routine. 10:40 am: BP: 114/74 P:80

10:50 am- 11:10 am: nap

11:15 am: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was dry. Medium soft BM. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:30 am. 12:30 pm: First resting break ends. Dry diaper.

Dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.

12:45 Lunch: Chicken potato soup, crakers, full cup of sparkling water and couple spoons of Greek yogurt.

Maureen did not cough during the lunch.

Maureen was leaning forward, we

reclined Geri chair.

1:20 pm: Oral care.

2:00 pm: Barbara visited Maureen 😊

2:20 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was very wet. Large formed BM. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:35 am. 3:30 pm: Second resting break ends. Dry diaper. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the living room.

3:45 pm: Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack: melon, pear, kiwi.

Half cup of water.
