5:00 pm: Maureen was sitting in the reclainer in the living room. Tommy and Carolyn visited her. Carolyn brought delicious dinner and cookies:)

5:45 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet: cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: dinner: salmon, cauliflower, nudles, and cookies for dessert :)

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

7:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:10 pm : Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,2

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 70

7:40 pm: asleep. 10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned right side

12:15 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:15 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:25 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
