4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching her favorite shows.

5:00-5:30 pm she took a nap

5:30 pm she started coughing a lot. We used a pomp.

5:45 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet: cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: dinner: chicken / veggie pie.

Maureen was coughing a lot during the dinner. We used a pomp ones.

6:55 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:05 pm : Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned i changed her.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 71

7:50 pm: asleep. 10:15 pm: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side

After about ten minutes, Maureen began to breathe very heavily. Her eyes were wide open and she was shaking slightly. I decided to change her position to the left side and woke Tom up.

After fourteen minutes, Maureen began to breathe calmly.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side. Maureen is sleeping good right now.
