November 15 daytime update

• 6:30AM - Maureen is sleeping.

• 6:40AM - Maya checked the diaper. It is dry.

• 7:15AM - Maureen continues to sleep. Her diaper remains dry.

• Maureen's day began @ 8:06AM. She is in good form for the most part. The diaper was medium wet. Maureen had a small formed bowel movement. Maya and Colleen cleaned Maureen using 3M Cavilon Cleansing Spray and Barrier cream. Maya then applied a layer of 3M Cavilon No-Sting Barrier Film to the former pressure ulcer area. Lastly, the ladies undertook to the new washing procedure of all areas where perspiration naturally accumulates. There is no redness whatsoever under the left breast or the interior right elbow/forearm. There is a slight red line under the right breast. This is the only area where Maya applied Nystatin Ointment.

• Breakfast service commenced @ 8:43AM. Maureen's posture in the geri chair is good. Maya began by administering the thyroid medication. Maureen coughed 5-6 times during breakfast. This is greater than the daily approximate average of 3.

• Maureen will consume approximately 4 ounces of prune juice today.

• Daily MiraLAX dosage: None

• 9:18AM - Maya administered the blood pressure medication.

• 9:26AM - Morning oral care routine commences. The upper gum area around the implant is only slightly inflamed. According to Maya, it looks good for the most part.

• 9:45AM - Eyelash cleaning and drops

• 10:32AM - Organic fruit smoothie. The purple haze returns. Maureen coughed only once while enjoying Maya's latest concoction.

• 11:00AM - We headed to the bedroom for the first schedule one-hour rest break. The diaper was medium wet. Maya performed a standard clean and change. We the proceeded to set Maureen on her left side.

• 11:10AM - Maureen will rest on her left side for the next hour.

• 12:10PM - First rest period comes to a close. Diaper was medium wet. Maureen had a large formed bowel movement. We completed a standard clean and change process. It was now time to head to the kitchen for lunch.

• 12:33PM - Lunch | 1/2 turkey and cheese on toasted whole wheat, 1/2 bowl of butternut squash soup and 1/2 a sliced tomato. Maureen will also consume 1 12 ounce bottle of Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water. She handled lunch quite well—coughed only twice.

• 1:02PM - Afternoon oral care

• 1:55PM - Rest break #2 is fast approaching. We took Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Maya did a clean and change. We then positioned Maureen on her right side.

• 2:06PM - Maureen spend the next hour on her right side.

• 3:04PM - Second rest period concludes. Diaper is heavy wet. Maya performed a standard clean and change. We headed to the front room to watch some television and enjoy the soft buttery comfort of the lift recliner.
