9:30 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned to the right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned to the left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned to the right side.

4:40 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned to the left side.

4:50 am: Maureen's eyes widened. She began breathing heavily. Her whole body began to shake.

Her puls level immediately rose to 139, and her oxygen was 89. We gave her 0.15 of Lorazepam.

After three minutes, her puls level dropped to 114, and after another two minutes, to 88. We turned on the machine and administered oxygen.

Maureen slowly calmed down and fell asleep, but her oxygen level continued to drop to 81. Tom called the nurse.

Her oxygen level began to rise very slowly. By 5:25 a.m., it had risen to 85, 5:30 to 92

and her pulse was 96.

5:30 am:

O: 83

P: 98

The nurse called back. She will come in about one hour.

5:45 am:

O: 78

P: 98

Administered MORFIN 0.25 ml

7:10 am: Ken - JourneyCare- visited and checked Maureen. Everything is OK now.
