  • 8:00am Maureen is in and out of sleep. She is lying on her right side.

  • 8:30am Maureen is still in and out of sleep.

  • 9:00am Maureen is still not fully awake.

  • 9:30am Maureen is sound asleep.

  • 10:00am Maureen continues to sleep but Maya and I decided to at least perform a clean and change and reposition Maureen to her left side. Diaper is heavy wet - we applied 3M products. Maya and I also noticed redness under Maureen's waist so we applied a thin layer of Nystatin. Maureen opened her eyes during the clean and change process but almost immediately fell back to sleep as soon as we finished.

  • 10:30am Maureen wakes up from time to time but she ultimately falls back to sleep. Maya and I have not seen any seizure-like symptoms.

  • 11:00am Maureen continues to fall in and out of sleep. No changes.

  • 11:58am Maureen had another episode where she exhibited seizure-like symptoms. Blank look on her face, not much eye movement, unresponsive to stimuli or verbal cues, extremities twitching. Her pulse climaxed at 142 but otherwise stayed in the lower 130's range. At 12:15pm, the twitching abated. Maureen's pulse is hovering at 100-104. Her oxygen remained at 95% the entire time.

  • 12:30pm Maureen has come out of it. She is receptive to water and verbal. Pulse is 92 and O2 is 95%. Maya and I repositioned Maureen to her right side. Diaper is dry.

  • 1:00pm Maureen is still lethargic. As soon as she is more awake, we will begin our day.

  • 1:45pm Maureen is fully awake. We begin our day. Diaper is dry. We washed Maureen's upper body using warmed wipes from the purple packet. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 2:03pm Administered Levothyroxine with applesauce.

  • 2:05pm Lunch - chicken noodle soup, tuna salad, sliced tomato, 8 oz prune juice, cup of water. 5 coughs, 2 sneezes.

  • 2:40pm Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce.

  • 2:47pm Oral care.

  • 2:52pm Facial routine.

  • 3:05pm We headed to the front room. Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

  • 3:30pm We gave Maureen a bottle of organic coconut water.
