4:00 pm : Barbara and Djon changed Maureen in bed and transferred her to living room.

5:20 pm: Me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bed again using the Hoyer Lift. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

After 5 pm came Tommy with dinner.

5:45 pm: Maureen started a dinner: chicken, french fries, coleslow.

6:25 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:40 pm:

Oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast - used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam and a warm wash cloth. Applied Nystatin Ointment under right inner forearm/elbow and under right and left breast. Changed t-shirt. Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

7:15 pm :transferred Maureen to the bed using the Hoyer Lift, cleaned & changed in bed (medium wet diaper), Cavilon lotion applied, position left side with two wedge pillows. Applied CICLOPIROX to both big toes.

7:35 pm: asleep
