Daytime summary Saturday 11/12/2022

8:10 am Maureen starts her day. Marie and I did full body wash. Diaper was medium wet. We applied the Cavilon barrier film and cream. Stretching exercises and range motion. We headed Maureen to the kitchen.

9 :10 am Maureen is starting her breakfast. Administered Levothyroxine with some apple sauce. Prune juice 8 oz, banana and oatmeal. Maureen enjoys eating and is chatting. Maureen cough 3 times.

10:05 am administered Lisinopril and Loratadine

with some apple sauce.

10:10 am Maureen is in a good spirit. Oral care.

10:55 am. Fruit smoothie.

11:30 am We headed Maureen to the bedroom.

Diaper changed heavy wet.

11:40 am rest # 1 begin. Positioning on the right side and support with two wedge pillows.

12:35 pm rest #1 ends. Diaper changed medium wet. Hair wash Maureen enjoys and was chatting during the hair wash🙂

12:55 pm we moved Maureen to the kitchen.

Lunch time. Home made cauliflower and sweet potato soup, tuna on a toasted bread, a bottle of coconut water.

1:50 pm oral care.

2:20 pm we headed to the bedroom. Diaper changed light wet. Rest period #2. Repositioned on her left side and supported with the two wedge pillows.

3:25 pm rest #2 ends. Changed diaper medium wet. We headed Maureen to the living room.
