5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room. She had a good time with Carolyn, Tom, Tommy and Anne.

6:05 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: Carolyn brought delicious lemon chicken with spinach and potato. Maureen was enjoying very much. She did not cough

6:55 pm : 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:15 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.5

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 70

7:30 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: dry diaper, repositioned right side.

12:20 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right site

4:40 am: medium wet diaper, small hard bowel movement, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side. Maureen slept good all night.
