4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in her recliner and watching TV.

5:50 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:05 pm: dinner: chipotle, Maureen enjoyed very much. She coughed only one time.

6:45 pm : 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

6:55 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:15 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.5

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 76

7:30 pm: asleep. 9:15 pm: very wet diaper, S/M formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed, repositioned right side.

11:45 pm: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

1:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

2:10 am : Maureen started breathing heavily. Turning to the left side helped. She began to breathe calmly. She didn't wake up. I decided to leave her in this position for another half hour.

2:45 am: repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good. Between 3 and 4.30 on the morning she was slightly awake and she was talking. At 4:30 am she fell asleep again.
