4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

5:00 pm: dinner: Salmon, Potatos, Brussels sprouts, prepared by Tom.

She was enjoying very much.

1/2 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

5:55 pm : BP: 126/80 P:79

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet. Very small soft BM.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,1

Oxygen: 91

Heart Rate: 71

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am:dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
