Monday, October 9, 2023 Swing shift summary

4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair in the front room. She is watching game shows.

5:00 PM. Dinner- cheesy chicken and rice bowl with broccoli. She also had 3/4 of lemon water.

5:45 PM. BP was 110/75 and pulse was 77bpm

6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with Apple sauce

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. She had a medium formed bowel movement too. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream om her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side with 2 wedge pillows and a pillow between her legs.
