Monday October 4, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner.

• 5:00pm Maureen’s pull-up is wet so we headed to the bathroom. After ten minutes, Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels. We returned to the recliner after.

• 6:30pm Dinnertime. Maureen will have a hot dog and potato salad along with a cup of water.

• 7:11pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with Yoplait orange crème and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, face wash, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms followed.

• 7:40pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is wet, cleaned using the 3M cleanser spray and put on a new diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and white block pillow in between her legs.
