Monday October 18, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner, comfortably.

• 5:31pm Maureen’s pull-up is wet so we headed to the bathroom. We stayed for 10 minutes. Maureen had a very small, formed bowel movement. We cleaned up, put on a fresh pull-up, and headed to the kitchen after.

• 6:08pm Dinnertime. Maureen will eat sloppy joe with potatoes au gratin and a helping of Brussels sprouts. She has drank two cups of water.

• 7:04pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, facial cleanse, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms followed after.

• 7:35pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is wet - cleaned using 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs, and put on a fresh diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Head of the bed elevated. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and white block pillow in between her legs.
