Monday, Oct. 7, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was sleeping, she was lying on her left side. No signs of pain or discomfort observed.

8:20AM - Maureen opened her eyes slightly and went back to close her eyes - still looking sleepy.

8:35AM - Maureen woke up already. Waited atleast 10mins before we administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce (in an upright position).

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was clean and dry - no discharges. We dressed Maureen and proceed to wash her hair. Transferred to the kitchen after to dry and style her hair.

9:20AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap of MiraLAX, Activia, and oatmeal/fruit smoothie. Coughed once.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

9:45AM - Administered 1 tab Colace and 1 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.

9:55AM - Oral care.

10:00AM - Eye care and eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:15AM - Went out for a walk.

10:55AM - Back in the house! We had a good walk - weather was very nice. Maureen stayed awake the whole time.

Maureen had 3/4 cup of lemon water.

11:30AM - Maureen finished the rest of her lemon water. We moved her to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, no discharges. We cleaned and changed her, position to face her right side after.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry - no discharges. We proceed to dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

12:37PM - Lunch was tuna salad, beets and broccoli soup. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. No coughs.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

1:10PM - Oral care.

1:20PM - BP: 100/60, P: 72 bpm

2:00PM - Maureen was sitting comfortably, looking relaxed on the recliner.

2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, no discharges. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
