Monday, November 27, 2023: Swing Shift summary

4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair in the front room finishing her fruit snack.

4:35 PM. BP was 115/65 and pulse was 66 bpm

5:00 PM. Dinner was baked rigatoni with spinach, sausage and cheese and asparagus and a cup of lemon water. **Maureen coughed 2x

6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:10 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:20 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
