Monday, November 20th, 2023: Swingshift summary

4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair in the front room finishing her fruit snack.

4:35 PM. BP was 115/70 and pulse was 71 bpm

5:00 PM. Dinner was bbq chicken tenders and broccoli and a cup of lemon water. **Maureen coughed 1x

6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with pistacio parfait.

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
