4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably watching tv.
4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.
4:50pm Dinner: Shrimp/tuna/spinach/corn/peas dish, and half cup of lemon water. Coughed once.
5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:00pm Oral care.
6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/ clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.
6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
Vitals: temp: 96.8, pulse: 63, O2: 97.
