Monday, March 17, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is in bed, receptive to sips of pedialyte vía swab after she woke up few minutes ago. It has been an irregular day for Maureen.

• 4:12pm Self COVID test performed: NEGATIVE.

• 4:30pm Vitals: Temp: 98.4, pulse: 87, O2: 96..

• 4:40pm In a sitting position, Maureen was able to have about 1/3 cup of apple sauce, 1/2 banana and 4oz of pedialyte. She closed her eyes afterward.

• 5:45pm Temp: 97.6, pulse: 84, O2: 98.

• Caty visits Maureen.

• 6:20pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:30pm Oral care.

• 6:40pm Clean/change a dry diaper with a small Brownish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

  Temp: 97.8

  Pulse: 79

  O2: 98

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
