Monday Marc 4, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s having fruits and watching games show.

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 122/70, P 71.

• 4:50pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: pot roast, mashed potatoes, stemmed Brussels sprouts (prepared by Tom) and half cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed. Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with Apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Evening oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom where, we cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. Also applied Cavilon cream to redness spot by the coxis. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her right side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 96.7, Pulse: 63, O2: 98.
