• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably and relaxed in her recliner while watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 110/65, P67.

  O2: 94.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Ñoquis with vodka sauce, and 7oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed twice during meal.

• 5:55pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:05pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream, applied calazinc to sacrum abrasion. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 57

  O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
